Angel’s Orchard


AngelsOrchard31 1/2 oz Victoria Gin
1/4 cup raspberries
1/2 oz orange pekoe tea syrup (see below)
1/2 oz egg white
One dash Twisted & Bitter Orange

Shake on ice. Strain. Garnish with a basil leaf.

Tea Syrup: Combine 1 cup sugar, 2 tea bags and 1 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Remove tea bags. Cool. Cover and store for up to 3 weeks.
